The wife of seasoned Nollywood actor Mr. Ibu, Stellamaris Okafor, has lashed out and charged that his adopted daughter, Jasmine, has embezzled money intended for the actor’s medical care.
Remember how the 62-year-old comedian-actor recently confessed that he is fighting an illness that could end up costing him his leg?
He stated that the doctors had informed him they had run out of options and could have to amputate his leg in a video that was uploaded on October 18. Then he pleaded with Nigerians to help him both financially and spiritually.
This led Nigerians to donate for him so that, after they ran out of other choices, he could receive treatment and have his leg amputated.
She chose to give her side of the tale in order to clear her identity because, in her words, Jasmine has been circulating false information about her stealing money.
